Warranty

WHO IS COVERED:  This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser in the US and Canada.*.  An original or copy of a sales receipt from the original Authorized sales retailer is required for warranty replacement. This limited warranty does not cover USED/OPEN BOX products and items purchased via E-bay and any other auction, flea market or unauthorized reseller
 
WHAT IS COVERED:  All Jarv Mobile products are warranted for one full year from the original date of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.  
 
Jarv Mobile products that are found to be not functioning as a result of a manufacturer’s defect will be  replaced at the discretion of Jarv Mobile, Inc.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:  The following are not covered under the warranty terms:
 
• Normal wear and tear of Product 
 
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use 
 
• Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose 
 
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance 
 
• Product that has been modified or altered 
 
• Loss of the product or any of its components.
 
• Any product that is not manufactured by Jarv Mobile (including, without limitation, any non-Jarv Mobile product that is used in conjunction with our Product)
 
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM : - All Warranty claims must be made directly to Jarv Mobile by clicking here.  Our Customer support team will troubleshoot your issue and determine whether your product is defective and covered under the warranty. Once your claim is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), that will include instructions for mailing in your product. Once the product is received, a determination will be made within 72 hours.

Please do not send your product to us without an RMA#.  Products mailed-in without an RMA will not be processed.

Jarv Mobile is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend that you ship your product to Jarv Mobile via a traceable shipment method, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. All products mailed to Jarv Mobile will be subject to review for authenticity. Products determined to be counterfeit will be confiscated and turned over to Jarv Mobile’s legal department for action. 

(If a product is replaced, the expiration of the warranty will either remain one year from the original date of purchase or will be ninety days from the date of the replacement, whichever is the later date. Expiration date will not be extended more than one time.)

*For any replacements sent to Canada, there will be a $10.00 (USD) shipping charge.  Payment for this fee will be required at the time of the replacement order submission, however credit card will not be charged until the faulty product is received at our warehouse.
