WHO IS COVERED? This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser in the US and Canada. Warranty replacements can only be shipped to a US address. An original or copy of a sales receipt from the original Authorized sales retailer is required for warranty service. This limited warranty does not cover/ excludes USED/OPEN BOX products and items purchased via E-bay and any other auction, flea market or unauthorized reseller
WHAT IS COVERED? All Jarv products are warranted for one full year from date of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required* for all warranty claims.
Jarv products that are found to be not functioning as a result of a manufacturers defect will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Jarv Mobile.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED? The following are not covered under the warranty terms:
• Normal wear and tear of Product
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
• Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
• Product that has been modified or altered
• Loss of the product or any of its components.
• Any product that is not manufactured by Jarv (including, without limitation, any non-Jarv product that is used in connection with the Product)
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM? - All Warranty claims must be made directly to Jarv Mobile by emailing customerservice@Jarvmobile.com. Our Customer support team will troubleshoot your issue and determine whether your product is defective and covered under warranty. Once your claim is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), that will include instructions for returning your product. Once the product is received, a determination will be made and a repair or replacement will be sent out usually within 72 hours.
Please do not send in your product to us without a RMA#. Products returned without an RMA will not be processed and we will not be held responsible to ship it back.
Jarv is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend that you ship your product to Jarv via a traceable shipment method. All products returned to Jarv will be subject to review for authenticity. Products determined to be counterfeit will be confiscated and turned over to Jarv legal department for action. Counterfeit cases will not be returned and consumers should seek restitution from their original place of purchase.

WHERE TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM? Return instructions and mailing address will be included with your RMA# supplied by the Customer Service team. Please email customerservice@Jarvmobile.com to obtain an RMA# BEFORE shipping out any products to us. Returns without an RMA# will not be processed.
The end user will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending back their product. The end user is responsible for any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Jarv will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping back the replacement. Please note that in the event where a replacement product is required but no product is returned in exchange a shipping charge will apply**

**Shipping within the Continental US $4.95. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Puerto Rico and Canada -$12.95. We recommend you ship by a traceable method as Jarv cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages. Jarv is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Jarv.
